Can i use the same Vortex for 2 game instances

Can i use one installation oi vortex to handle 2 instances of Skyrim on different drives, one Steam version and one GOG version ?

Not really.  Can be done with some hoop jumping, but it's not designed for that.

Nexus Mods App will be designed for that.

Yes, you can.  I do it all the time.  What I do is:

1. purge the current profile.
2. make a separate profile for the second instance.
3. use the "manually set location" function and point it at the second instance.
4. switch to new second profile and deploy.
5. reverse steps to get back to the first instance.

   Yes, you can use the same Vortex installation to manage two instances of Skyrim on different drives. You just need to set up separate profiles in Vortex for each version (Steam and GOG) and configure them to point to their respective game directories.
