Fallout New Vegas Mod Incompatibility

I've been trying to mod my fallout and I keep running into issues, I'm reaching out to see if you can help me.

I tried to download a mod Collection "New Vegas Essentials"

I was able to download the mods, but I keep running into issues, which most I've been able to figure out but it's this one Issue I can't seem to figure it out. 

Some of the enabled plugins have dependencies or incompatibilities that are not obeyed in your current setup:
ricks hardcore fixer & optimizer.esp              is incompatible with         Project Nevada - Rebalance.esp

I Could use the help and if at all possible, some explanation that me a not so learned man could us in an event that I run into a similar issue could use to fix this so I can play the game.
