Vortex shutting down my f4se_loader.exe

This is the second time this has happened. I have hundreds of hours into this game to have Vortex remove the exe from my folder. Then it tells me I cannot copy the exe from the mod folder and drop it into the game folder because it is managed by Nexus and I do not have adminstrator rights on my own computer

You can install F4SE with Vortex. You just need to change the mod type to "Engine Injector" manually. It would be nice if it had an automatic installer. I have my Fallout 4 set up in this manner and I have no issues. 

Or you can install manually by unzipping in the main game folder.
