XAML error?

Hi!  I just started up some mods, and installed through the Vortex mod manager.  However, it seems I'm getting an error as the game tries to load telling me it's missing the XAML file.  Uninstalling/turning off mods hasn't seemed to work, and the only solution I've seen thus far are a few people saying a complete delete and reinstall of ALL files was all that worked.  Anyone else encounter this or find a solution?

If you are on Patch 7, mod fixer is no longer needed.

You may also want to verify game files through Steam.
