[Mod Request] Remove "Bolt" particle effects from Tech weapons

Hello!

I've searched high and low, and I can't find any mods for it. But I would like a mod that removes the blue particle splash electric effect from shooting charged up bolts with tech weapons.

I am kinda surprised there is no such mod, as it is nearly impossible to see what's going on when you shoot automatic or with something like the "Widow Maker" that shoots multiple rounds at once.
