argold57 Posted September 18 Share Posted September 18 As requested. The Watersparker Boots should cause water surfaces to become electrified in combat. Not working since patch 7 (or before?). May be intermittent but do not work for me since the patch. Also, there may be an issue what blood will cause the effect to not work, should work for blood as well. Thanks wonderful modders!
