My game crash when Origin characters interact with each others.

When I control non-avatar characters like Shadowheart and I click on other characters like Astarion, the game crash to Desktop. It was supposed to change back to my avatar and then immediately go into conversation with that character.

My game is modded, but even if I disable all mods, the problem still persist. But my older playthrough at around the same location wouldn't crash if I try the same thing. Beside many Visual mods, I have Polyamory mods, unlock Lv20, 5e spells, enhance enemies, tactician plus.... The save actually able to load even if I disable all the mods but it still crash If I not control my Avatar and accidentally click another character. I did also do some Appearance edit  Enhance when It wasn't in the game yet.

This make me quit BG3 since last October, hoping for new patch and Mod updates to fix the problem. I just download Patch 7 and updates all my mods, it just crashed the same way. And my even older playthrough still not crash like that if I enable all the same mods. Could it be because I use mod to Recruit Minthara and Halsin before Larian allowed it back then? But I dindt even go near Minthara when try to replicate the bug.
