General Question about a Quest

I have tried looking online for an answer and cannot find it, so I am hoping that someone here will actually be able to help.

 

I completed Blind Betrayal BUT did not turn it in, I completed Defend the Castle (After making enemies with the Institute after Bunker Hill) and I failed Blind Betrayal but only after completing Defend the Castle.

 

I know there is a timer on it, but that is not my question, my questions are.

How does that affect the missions given by Kells after it?

Does he still give Tactical Thinking and Such?

BTW, you didn't complete the quest for Blind Betrayal - because if you did you'd immediately have been given Tactical Thinking.

I got to the point where I had to speak to Maxson, I delayed it and did Defend the Castle and failed Blind Betrayal.

 

As I am on PC I can use the console command to start Tactical thinking when I am ready.
