I'm hoping some talented modder out there has the time to make the classic Stormchaser hat, as seen in Fallout 3 and New Vegas. https://fallout.wiki/wiki/Stormchaser_Hat_(Fallout:_New_Vegas) I wouldn't have been caught dead without this hat in FO3. To me it's iconic, so it's always a surprise whenever I take a break from FO4, come back a year or two later and nobody's made it. I always wondered if it was impossible to have physics on the hood or something due to engine limitations, but at this point I'd take a little clipping, I just want my hat back.
