mods don't activate (?)

After this new patch 2.13, my mods don't activate even though I did everything correctly... I spent the night updating one by one or seeing if there was an update but they just don't work, it seems like my game is vanilla (I used Google Translate, sorry for language errors)

I had to revert back to a previous version. Then all my mods worked again.
