fallout4. black screen and crash after latest update nonsteam 24/9/24

hello everyone . i'm new here 

i've been playing fallout4 ever since i remember  but a few days ago i decided to download the latest update patch and now when i press the

fallout4.exe , it opening for 1 second then followd by a black full screen and crashes back to the desktop .

 

now before all of you will adress me to youtube ....

im on a nonsteam virsion calld MRtiny  fallot4 game of the year edittion

im playing with 147 mods at the moment . 

any help will be appreciated .
