Can't Roll Dice & Menu Overlay Issue

This is my first time trying to use mods on a game and looking for some help.

I can't roll the Dice. I'm not sure what mod would affect the dice roll mechanic. When the Dice Roll UI pops up, I can't do anything besides open the Game menu (ESC), Quick Save (F7), and Quick Load (F8).

I also get this weird "textbox" overlay whenever I get a popup menu/confirmation UI. I can confirm the menu choice by hitting Enter twice or decline the menu choice by hitting ESC twice. However, I can't read the text in the menu UI.

The only mod I have installed which I thought would affect the UI is the Improved UI...

Has anyone else run into these issues? Or have any advice on how to troubleshoot what's causing this?

The Box Curse

If you are looking here, you are probably already familiar with what I refer to as The Box Curse, or TBC as I’ll refer to it from now on. TBC looks like this in-game:
AD_4nXfI0gLPd8-jGrIZVA_DFcN7xkimmGTMnTv3SdCWymkUcwQUaTBejZUA1yKKH463vlZXWjBtZcq13kmZGumYseIM97F5tSa3BwRqCT_zjyvg3ZuJZ8X0kwk3jbM8pHf8qaYdi_-mxova-zVVVjjDUFv7xTpx?key=aMhlSi3lKxeDwva6j51cYA

A blank dev textbox with a check box and seemingly no way to escape. Normally it appears from you either hitting “Quit Game” or “Leave to Main Menu.”

You can close this box by hitting the Esc key on your keyboard, and can close the game in this state by going down to your taskbar, right-clicking the game icon, and clicking “close window.”

“That’s great and all, but how do I fix it?”

The answer is muddy, to say the least, but there are 3 main reasons I know that cause TBC:

1. You have an incorrect mod load order

For a guide to BG3 Patch 7 mod load orders, go to my
Load Order Doc.

2. You have an out-of-date mod trying to use the old system of ImpUI.
Due to the merge of ImpUI, as spoken of before, some mods will just not work until updated. Be sure to check if your mods use the old Improved UI, and if they have been recently updated. If not, this might be the cause of your TBC.

3. You have a mod that has ModFixer packaged inside.
As said before, ModFixer is now built into the game. This means any mods with this AD_4nXcZ_I-70GztTgUtAOv5X-MW20z8Kus0qwSyH01-q-gkkfp5Ga5Y0xFOojCu94znEgJxs4oUECviPRUZF_1bMz6If_McldYuISGJiQOCEMIrJbapGXHiwVh4QBpN8E-49oM8rVs2p0f_oIeWNioK5u_yf04?key=aMhlSi3lKxeDwva6j51cYA icon next to its name need to either be edited to remove ModFixer, or deleted. You can easily edit mods to remove ModFixer, and I walk you through it on my ModFixer Doc.
