(Mod Suggestion) Everspace 2 Weapon/Ship Stat Editor

Would any mod author be willing to make a weapon/ship stat editor for Everspace 2?  I can't speak for everyone, but personally it would really enjoyable having the ability to freely customize your weapons and ship performance to your own liking.  It would be nice to finally get the weapon modifiers you actually want instead of a billion re-rolls only hoping for something good.
