DeicideFelidae
Update: I was able to get my Modded Fallout 4 working with the Vortex Mod Manager perfectly. What I did Step by Step: 1. Uninstall Fallout 4 2. Reinstalled Fallout 4 on my Boot Drive [Both my Drives are Internal SSDs] 3. Confirmed Vanilla Fallout 4 Intro Was Working as Usual. 4. Installed only the F4SE .DLL & F4SE Launcher, before I was dragging all the files including the Data scripts, src & readmes into my Fallout 4 Directory. 5. Confirmed F4SE Fallout 4 Was Working as Usual. 6. Reset all the default settings on my Vortex Mod Manager for Fallout 4 management. 7. Ran F4SE through Vortex and confirmed it was running. 8. Tried Glorious Nudity Female Mod, Skip New Intro Mod. Worked Fine. 9. Since been able to get CBBE, and many other popular mods, haven't had a single crash. Thankyou all for giving me advice, I reckon the problem either stemmed from how I was Lazily installing F4SE, or maybe even that it didnt like my Secondary SSD. However I hope updating & documenting this will allow others to solve any similar issues they go through.
fraquar
Just FYI, I install the game on a secondary drive and run all the game utilities on a secondary drive. You just need to make sure your paths are correct for those utilities. I install NOTHING game related in Program Files. I don't use Steam anymore but when I did I didn't even install it in Program Files. If you intend to mod your game more often than not you will look to use mods that allow the game to do things it otherwise can't at the Engine level - which is the bane of all evil for the Program Files directory since it's a protected system directory. Oil meets Water - chaos ensues. Edited October 3 by fraquar
