Vortex suddenly doesn't detect any ESM (skyrym SE)

I have played skyrim se modded without issues almost daily for years, lately i took a rest of 3-4 months to play Stellar Blade and BMW, and when returning to play Skyrim, without any changes but a vortex upgrade, when i try to run Skyrim i find this unpleasant surprise message:

This save relies on content that is no longer present. Some objects may no longer be available. Continue Loading?

Skyrim.esm

update.esm

dawnguard.esm

heartfires.esm

dragonborn.esm

etc and every and the last esm

I didnd touch anything but the vortex autoupdating, i checked my game folder and all the .esm are there, reinstall or repair game is a no way, because im on .640 for the mods (f*#@ you bethesda).

Any way to fix this marvelous surprise without losing the until now perfectly working and fine tuned years of mods?

No insight on your problem, but you might also post this on the Skyrim SE forum, found in 'Game Communities' under the 'Browse' menu item at the top of the page.  Search/scroll down for Skyrim (it is usually near the top), and join whichever specific forums that you wish.  More sets of experienced eyes will see it there.

dont know why this happened or if my solution was a fix, but i think i have made it working again by giving the game folder full permissions for everyone.
