help, does wrye bash has an install log?

I spend all day, not only today, to make manual my mod list stable for oblivion and worked BUT then Wrye Bash installed a Mod and now oblivion just crashes, when starting. I dont know which Mod is it or what it installed but its crashing the game and i already checked the mods which has caused crashes but i cant identify it. I just saw a brief windows data transfer popping up. I have loot and used it sorting function but i dont think it works. i went manual through the wrye bash and enabled the mods according to the load order shown from Loot.
Does Windows has an log of moving data stuff/installing?
Im done, i cant do that all again.
By the way i have also the crash logger installed but i have no clue at all what it says-
