Mod Organizer 2 disables plugins on launch?

Is there any reason why my mod organizer always disabled SFBG004.esm, and now ShatteredSpace.esm plugins after I launch? 

I launch through MO2(v2.5.2) with SFSE.

 

For extra clarity, I've reinstalled starfield, MO2, and even still when I open the game through MO2 with SFSE those 2 .esm uncheck/disable. I have NO mods. What is going on? 😕

I noticed this as well. There seems to be a new plugin management system that fires somewhere in the loading process. It ALSO seems hard move SFBGS004.esm and ShatteredSpace.esm to the end of the load order (happens with bot MO2 and Vortex).  I popped in to CK to mod some minor stuff around in the new area and none of the changes were showing up even as an esp file (which requires ShatteredSpace.esm). Refreshing the load order showed the DLC files moved to the end.

It's possible they changed something about loading and devs are going to have to figure it out to get load orders working again. If anyone's had success modding stuff in ShatteredSpace.esm proper, I'd love to hear the trick. Maybe requiring SFBGS004?

I think that updating to a DEV Build of MO2 has fixed it. So far without any mods it has. MO2 Version 2.5.3dev1. I found it on their discord which I got the link from on this reddit page in the comments. I am going to start adding mods, and test one by one if any of them change that. But so far without any mods SFBGS004.esm, and ShatteredSpace.esm aren't disabled when opening through SFSE through MO2.

I've added my mods and so far so good. SFBGS004.esm, and ShatteredSpace.esm are not unchecking/disabling and the game runs fine. I hope this helps anyone else having issues!
