Anyone know how to fix the game with this crash log?

I am not new to modding but I have never properly figured out how to fix crash with crash logs. I can see the mod that caused the problem, but mainly have troubleshooted the old fashion way, remove one mod at a time following their uninstall steps till I can figure out what broke. It seems to begin with skyrim.esm but mentions below USSEP and ELFX affecting some npcs and dwemer ruinsThe problem here is I have done that over the last 4 days or so and I can't figure it out. It looks like its the ELFX files but then removing them did not fix the crash. When they are installed and enabled it crashes at whenever I travel to or near Irkngthand and the areas around. If I uninstall them and launch I get an infinite loading screen on fast travelling to the location.

I had it fully working before (I used a save from Oldrim and loaded it into AE). Something when I install the ELFX patches probably breaks my Skyrim so I am trying to learn to read these logs so I can better face the problem. Because it would seem the USSEP is also affect. Anyone got any info or tips? Maybe even the solution? Or this savegame is beyond saving?
