where can I get a custom armor mod made? please and thank you!

I wanted to get a Thorfinn armor mod but I cant find one anywhere and just wanted to get one made but I don't know where to go. Ive tried fiver but I cant find someone that has shown their past work or how it looks in game and most of the time just have the same copy and pasted description with zero reviews. Any guidance as to where to find reputable modders will be greatly appreciated and im willing to pay your time as well. Thank you have a great rest of you day/night
