Resident Evil 2 - Remake (Mod Request)

Hello, I would like to request a new mod for the Resident Evil 2 Remake game. My idea is to replace Claire's character with. It would be a hilarious addition. I watch The Big Comfy Couch show and CBC Comedy: Loonette on Creepy Clowns. The fact is Alyson Court did the voice of Claire Redfield and she played Loonette, so why not put a Canadian kids' series character into a Resident Evil game, just like Claire?
