Can anybody make a mod that simply removes the enemy tag/marker decay from Guerilla Mode?

Just wanting a mod or option to make it where enemies stay tagged indefinitely instead of the tag disappearing after a little while. This is only a thing in Guerilla Mode, and I do understand that it is meant to be a part of the difficulty. I like the extra challenge Guerilla Mode offers in mostly every way EXCEPT the tags disappearing. For me, the optimal experience for FC6 is Guerilla Mode with no changes other than stopping the enemies becoming untagged.
