[Skyrim AE] Overlay not showing with armor

Hello here. I will try to explain as best as I can for my problem.

I'm playing skyrim and modding armor for myself (by editing existing mod to better suit my taste) but I have one issue with one of my armor.

One of my armor make the thighs of my character showing a bit, and I'm using an Overlay in order to add more detail. Thing is, the overlay doesn't work with that specific armor. Let me explain how I ended up here.

I downloaded an armor, and deleted some of the part of it with Outfit Studio to get rid of anything that was too much. After the first test, I realised that the reference was missing arms. So I reloaded a CBBE reference to make it work. But now my overlay are not showing on any part of the body that is visible. Not the arms, not the thigh, nothing. I tried to look it up even with Nifskope, even tried to compare one Armor that works with overlay and this one, but I couldn't find the culprit.

Is there anyone that can help me solve this ?
