Console not recognizing item IDs

I'm using KZ's mod "KZ Aggregation of Scraps", and I'm pretty sure I'm using the command "player.additem <13666030>" (for the Ecliptic Dawn helmet), but it keeps telling me that it's "missing parameter ObjectID". What am I doing wrong?

It ended up being that I was using "<>", not realizing that those were a container for the placeholder, and not used in the actual command
