Where are dependencies stored

Im using Vortex with its Cyberpunk 2077 extension and i have dozens of mods installed. I managed so far to keep dependencies updated by dragging and dropping the dependency icons, which is a real pain when you need to scroll a huge list of mods. Since i probably have to reinstall most mods due to some conflict, i was wondering if there is a better way to edit these dependencies. I suppose they are stored in some file in AppData\Roaming\Vortex, which i could just open with notepad++ and edit  manually, but i can't find any file with a name hinting at that.

anybody can help?
