XUI error when opening crafting menus

I have purged and uninstalled all mods, Reinstalled 7dtd, and verified files. and deleted all saves. And any time i open any where there is a crafting menu the console it floods with error messages. Only way i have found to fix it is to delete the harmony0 file in mods. But if any mods are added i cant get past the start up menus to load into the worlds.

Any suggestions on how to fix?

Found out the issue. The mods were removed in steam game files, but there was still fragments in the C:\Users\XXX\AppData\Roaming\7DaysToDie\Mods
