(Mod Request) Dragon ball SPARKING ZERO: Add option to customize techniques

In previous budakai games we had the option to customize our skills but in this game, we are stuck with presets. Either make it possible to update the skills in the game or release mods that have updated skillsets for each character

It would be really cool to see something like this with very few restrictions. Like I'd love to be able to give Kaio-Ken to the humans.
