For male V, it only occurs with throwing weapons. I deactivated the Limited HUD and Immersive First-Person Camera mods, but they weren't the cause. I also use a Silverhand arm texture mod, and it doesn't work on female V either. It's possible I installed a female mod that needed another texture mod, and this missing texture is causing the issue.
