Can't drag moveable items with E anymore. Any ideas? Seems save related.

Somehow one of my saves won't let me drag stuff with E anymore. I tried resetting bindings and settings in the save, changing perspectives, camera, etc. I can click to use items and loot but not to drag by holding E.

Anyone know of a fix?
