Habs wont load

Hello all having a bit of an issue. when i go to select Ship habs it shows no details other then the hab name and the menu often has parts from other categories stuck in it. when i select a hab it just says loading but never actually lets me place a hab or select the hab type (empty ect).

steps taken so far 

all mods disabled, new save, file integrity verified, uninstalled and reinstalled the game

The uninstaller does not clean up after itself.... and does not remove mods. Are you using a mod manager??

After you uninstall, delete the entire Starfield dir in the steamapps\common\ dir (the main Starfield dir), that will remove any lingering mods, and set the game to default load. Then use a mod manager and add your mods back as you want and try from there.

Hmm, what about things in Documents\My Games\Starfield and \AppData\Local\Starfield ?
