Looking for a Specific Mod

The other day I stumbled upon a mod that changes the Games unique weapons such as the Ol' Painless, the mod would add things like scopes and silencers to the unique weapon found thru out the game.

 

 

the only problem is I dont remember what the mod was called or where I seen it.

 

 

If anyone knows where I can get this mod it would be greatly appreciated.
