The ability to assign buildings/rooms to NPCs, allowing them to upgrade their own rooms/homes

I don't much like the idea of making money off of other people's hard work, and I feel that having NPCs that could keep the money they make would be very cool, and them having the ability to improve their lot in life would be even better
