[SILENT HILL 2 REMAKE] [MOD REQUEST] Disable black vignette when using the 90s filter

Hi All,

I don't know anything about modding, so I don't know how complicated or easy it would be to Disable the intrusive black vignette around the screed edges that is visible when using the 90s graphic filter in Silent Hill 2 Remake.

I really like the 90s filter as it resembles the OG SH look, but I can't stand the annoying black vignette.
If it could be disabled with a mod, I would greatly appreciate it!
