Bullet Count Reloaded compatible Extended Lever Action Tube magazine mod request

So, this mod adds a feature to Lever Action Rifle long barrels in that it adds an extra 3 rounds into the tube magazine, which makes sense. Longer magazine tube, more rounds. New Vegas did that with a few of the lever rifles there. But the problem is that it isn't compatible with Bullet Count Reloaded, and you only load 5 rounds from empty. You have to reload again for the other 3 rounds. Can someone either make a patch for that mod to work with BCR, or just make a whole new mod that is inteded to work with BCR? For extra benefit, it would be helpful if a version was made that is compatible with this mod that makes right handed recievers work with BCR. In all, this hypothetical mod should make longer barrels have an extra 2 or 3 rounds, and BCR will reload the tube all the way. It should also have an alternate version that works with right handed recievers.
