Silent Hill 2 Remake [Request] - Free camera, put James back behind bars!

Seeing Silent Hill 2's protagonist James behind bars, fences, and other obstacles is an important leitmotif in the original game. It emphasises James' being imprisoned in the town of Silent Hill. It is often used in cutscenes, but also in the gameplay, the fixed camera of the original occasionally shows James behind bars. In addition, the player can make James appear "behind bars" by walking next to fences or other obstacles. (See pictures). I'm sure Team Silent implemented this element on purpose as it adds significantly to the overall feeling of James being trapped. I really thought Bloober Team would keep this important leitmotif in the game and make the over the shoulder camera see through fences when turned. Sadly, the camera now bumps against fences as it does - correctly so - against solid walls. So please, someone, if possible, free the camera at the fences to put James back behind bars!

The simplecam mod exists, which makes me wonder, can you setup triggers via unreal engine with the camera mod as reference to save and pose camera shots like how it works in the original game? Genuinely curious if that's possible, because that's the only way this is going to work I think, let me know if I'm wrong tho. And to go a step further, would a return of tank controls be possible to accompany this? I agree all around tho, the symbolism is being lost in the lack of inclusion of the 'behind bars' shots. Hope someone knows a solution.
