Game won't stop crashing and I'm too dumb to understand why

Greetings everyone. I currently have 25+ mods running and it wasn't so bad early game. It all started when you reach that point to just go aggro and start eating people up, now it won't even let me move from one point to another without crashing even on safe mode. My best bet is that it has to be a new unit or something related to garrisons but honestly it's just a hunch.

I'd like to request aid from someone who understands how these crashes work. Can't quite attach report (501.76kB) so I'm copy pasting.
