Face Overhauls with SIMPLE Requirements

I really want to overhaul the faces in the game a la Thedas Redone or Faces of Thedas, but, holy balls, it is so difficult. Every face overhaul I know of has a dozen requirements, which each have a dozen requirements, and some of those requirements aren't available or have been updated and file names changed so you can never tell which needs to be downloaded or...

 

Does anyone know of a SIMPLE face redux, that doesn't have these problems?

I've always just used Dragon Age Redesigned as my base NPC replacer; for the NPC morphs, there is only one external mod requirement; depending on whether or not companion morphs are used, there can be additional requirements, but those are all on the Nexus from what I can recall. (I do supplement  DA Redesigned with a curated selection of lore-appropriate morphs for some important characters, both by other modders and my own work, but that's mostly me being nit-picky.)

I prefer DAR because it doesn't deviate too dramatically from the BioWare design of characters; I find most NPC overhauls stray a bit too far into the weeds for my taste, in terms of being lore-friendly... DAR mostly addresses the odd or poor proportions of many vanilla morphs.

In general, the more 'beautification' an NPC overhaul does or the more it deviates from the original aesthetic, the more requirements it will have.

If you want a good retexture mod for companions, that is pretty much lore-friendly and doesn't require anything but the mod itself-Unique Face Textures for Companions DAO Edition at Dragon Age: Origins. This mod is for Origins and Awakening both, you also have optional and miscellaneous files if you need some tweaking. And it's easy to select which morphs and eye textures to keep, so you can pair the mod with DAR that was mentioned by @theskymoves. But in my opinion, Unique Face Textures by Ellise is the best for the companions, DAR (the lore version) for the other characters
