Can any of y'all help me with a bug from a mod that i can't find on my modlist

When i dual wield any weapons and swing with right click 
it does like a weird buggy combo like animation 

The character attacks once normally but  on the second attack my character crouches and swings sideways to the left
this animation often causes player character to hold dual wielded weapons like a greatsword and slide without any movement
this crouch attack can be done in first person too and its not just a animation mod thingy and i can't find the culprit on my modlist

i don't want any fix  any of this i just wanna simply delete the mod that makes me do this weird dual wield crouch attack like animation
