mod help needed

I'm not sure where the best place to post this would be. if this is not the place, I apologize.

I have been playing Skyrim since the first release in '11 and adding mods the whole time.

looking back, I don't know how it worked before because I did not use LOOT or anything else, just install and hope really.

now, years later I know to clean certain mods, I understand requirements etc. I use vortex and LOOT. 

I show no errors or warnings in LOOT, but every time I load Skyrim, either the aspect ratio is really screwed up, or it just crashes. 

is there anyone willing to assist me with trying to figure out where my obvious mod conflict is? or where I should go for help? 

I have tried A.I. but, it did not seem as smart as I thought it would be, or I am too dumb to communicate with it.
