Master bed problems when using interior house mods

So for the last few days I have been struggling to figure out why when I install home mods the master bed has been in it's original position for a vanilla home and not where it is supposed to be in the new mod. I searched and searched for possible answers and found nothing. So finally in an act of desperation I moved all of the mods for the homes to the bottom of the load order then locked them in the order and pow it worked all beds are now in their respective places and working just fine. Hopefully this will help any other idiots like me that haven't thought to do that already.
