Is there a mod that makes every faction view you as enemy immediately?

a mod where every faction sees the player as an enemy aka raider, but does not need to be friends with raiders since different raider gangs should attack each other, bcuz even if i go in lets say diamond city and start shooting after few days delving into other buildings they will go back to normal but is there a mod that change all factions from ally to enemy, pairing it with SKK mod to make every NPC killable wanna go nomad raider style pure surviving on loot and raiding and crafting but want NPCs to shoot at me on site raiders or no
