Keep Class Actions as Cat - Mod Request

Looking for a mod that will grant the player the appearance of a cat while leaving all their actions in tact.

Meaning, they keep the ability to talk, attack, sneak, use potions, cast spells, open doors, pick up objects, place objects, throw objects, etc.

Health bar and stats are their normal stats.

The only thing to change is looking like a cat.

Instead of weapon attacks, claw could be substituted but using the equipped weapon stats for the attack damage.

There's a Ring of Feline Form mod that's SO close to this; the appearance options are perfect, but unfortunately you lose all your actions for Familiar ones.

Would someone be able to make this happen or explain how I do it myself?

I've been wanting something like this, for quite a while, too, was actually about to post a request for this myself when I saw this.

The wild magic Polymorph others is a good example of something close... but it's a wild magic effect, so getting it is random, it's temporary and it's not quite what we want. But I love the gear the cats and dogs wear when they get polymorphed.

Yes, you get it! I'd make this mod myself if I knew how. What a blast it could be. Here's hoping a kind, like-minded soul will help us out. My buddy and I are dying for this to be made.
