All mods suddenly stopped working after I launched the game with 1 broken DLL plugin.

I haven't found anyone else with quite the same issue as me here. I downloaded some 105 mods recently and they all worked just fine, then I tried to download an .ini file for custom settings for the Improved Camera mod, it came without instructions so I had no idea what .ini it was supposed to replace. It was called "ImprovedCameraSE.ini" so I figured I replace the "ImprovedCameraSE.ini", right?. Nope, that broke the plugin, and when I launched the game it told me it was broken, and that continuing to launch could have "Undesired Behavior".

I didn't really focus and clicked "No" since I figured that WOULDN'T launch the game but apparently it was "No, launch the game" which is odd. I closed out of it without loading anything and quickly deleted the plugin.

Well now when I launch up the game, everything is broken. Not a single mod seems to work. The Open Animation Replacer still works apparently since I can see it counting all the animations I should have installed, but when I try to load a save it tells me all the mods I used on that save are "downloaded but inactive", and clicking on "Activate" at the bottom crashes the game. Starting a new game gives me the Helgen start despite all the mods BEING active including Alternate Start.

I already tried Purging and Re-Deploying, and disabling and re-enabling all of them, but nothing changes. Any ideas on how to fix this?
