[Mod request] Upgrade weapon and armor tiers in Starfield

With the console command "amod" + weapon/armor id you can basically upgrade these to calibrated, refined etc.

As I do not want to cheat I would love using a mod which does the same but for a price (on a crafting bench or something like that).
