[Accessibility Mod Request] DA:VeilGuard Lighting/Strobe Be gone

Heya- I have a friend who suffers from photosensitive seizures, Was wondering if there something that can be done? Maybe Slowing the Lighting's strobe . IF not maybe just completing removing the strobe effects they do for certain quests.

[[In the Weisshaupt mission, for example, the game uses a series of intense flashes to simulate thunder. Similarly, the lighting in the tutorial/starting quest location is extremely bright and strobe-like.]]

Video Time stamp example on what i mean- If someone could just disable that or something that would make the game playable for my friend. They can stand the effects for a while but the strobe on top of that is a bit overkill.
