Kaisenati
I did start a new game. A race I wanted to be now works without the camera being wonky when I move, which I'm happy about. I am using the latest version of Skyrim SE aka 1.6.1170. Unsure if there's a newer version or not. My SKSE64 version is 2.2.6. I am basically just traversing the map or sometimes it crashes when I get into a fight. It just seems to be random and crashes within 5-30min after I get outside into the Skyrim overworld. It helps to save the game often when I'm out, which I do and the crashes seem to be less frequent when I do that, which leads me to think it's a memory leak. When I'm inside a town, building or otherwise it never crashes. Nothing looks out of place for SKSE plugin compatibility though.
7531Leonidas
To see if you have a memory leak, use More Informative Console, you can follow both system RAM and GPU RAM, along with many others. I recently had some crashes like yours, took the opportunity to upgrade Skyrim to 1.6.1170 and rearrange/update my mod list. I removed my ENB and changed to Open Animation Replacer, and those crashes have almost completely stopped. Not saying that your cause is the same, but just to reiterate that you might have to do a lot of work to reduce the crashes. If there is a newer version of Skyrim, Steam will let you know about it, if you have blocked automatic updates, and set the appdata.manifests to read-only.
