Fallout 3 DarnUI a11

Had to reinstall Fallout 3 and this was the first mod I downloaded. I can't seem to get it to work. I have moved the esp up/down in my load order for an hour now. I have no idea why it isn't working. In the game, I pause and it SHOULD give me options to configure it but it isn't there. Can someone PLEASE tell me what I am doing wrong?

 

Edit: Finally someone gave me a to change one stinking line and it worked.

edit start_menu.xml in Data/Menus/Options with Darn installed ,find the <_isPauseMenu> line, Edit <eq> 9 </eq> to <eq> 8 </eq>.
