Dharani
Hello everybody, Until a few days ago, all my installed mods worked perfectly. Then I saved, closed the game and a few hours later I wanted to continue playing. Suddenly my character no longer looks like the profile picture. All mods are up to date. I have even completely uninstalled and reinstalled the game twice (with Revo Uninstaller and CC Cleaner). In between, I also had the error code 302 or 222 and could not load the savegame. Unfortunately, bug reporting at Larian didn't help either. I have also tested all steps several times. I managed to uninstall all mods except for 3 from Nexusmods, only use the ingame mods and start the game. I am attaching my installed mods and a screenshot of my character here, maybe you can help me there Kind regards,
Ilayda70
what do you mean exactly ? the hair color ? Did you change your character and the profile picture doesn't reflect that ? This happens with many mods. Have you tried to give your character the original look and save it again ? It's possible that mods are not compatible or that the loading order needs to be changed. It's not wise to simply delete mods in the middle of the game. If you want to find out if a mod is causing problems deactivate it.
Dharani
No, I didn't change anything about the appearance before, it just happened. Even if I change the character to vanilla, it stays with this pink, short hair with freckles. If I deactivate the mods, I can no longer start my game at all. Then I get the error code 222 and I have to contact support or I get the message Server is shutting down and I get back to the start screen. But the support can't help me, they don't know what to do. Well, otherwise I'll just have to play through it like this. Translated with DeepL.com (free version)

Dharani
I was able to solve the problem by using the shape-shifting mask. After that, I was able to create the look I wanted again.
