Can't Preview NPC Face In NV GECK Without Crashing

Hello, I've been trying to get into Fallout Modding and I've been trying to follow some tutorials online. I've installed the program and the GECK Extender but I've randomly had an issue with the NPC editor where whenever I try to open the Face Preview, the program crashes immediately with no message or warning and just closes itself. I have no idea why this is happening nor how to fix it and I haven't seen many fixes online. I even tried opening the Face Advanced tab and I get nothing. Can someone please help me and tell me what I need to do because I don't want to stop this soon.
