America Rising 2 Commonwealth Reaction to the Enclave

Hello, so I just completed a playthrough of America Rising 2 and noticed that no one in the Commonwealth reacts to the Enclave's presence, this is extremely immersion breaking, and really takes away from the impact that the Enclave has. Another thing I noticed was that the protagonist never addresses anyone by name, yet he does this with everyone else, which also breaks immersion. Finally, while Mama Murphy will comment on all faction endings, she doesn't comment on the Enclave one. So, I propose an idea, basically if someone could make a mod to add in reactions to the Enclave from people all over the Commonwealth, an ending commentary from Mama Murphy, and edit the dialogue the player has with the characters within the mod to have him actually address them by name, and actually mention the Enclave by name, that would be amazing. What would be even better would be if another mod could be made to add integration with Sim Settlements 2, basically just an envoy and ending scene like all the other factions have, as that'd be pretty epic as well. Anyways, that's enough of me rambling lol.
