How to Create New Category in Looksmenu to Add Standalone Face Makeup/Paints/Tattoos.

Hi everyone!

I need help with the following:

I saw this mod "Character Customization - Non-Replacer Facepaints and Tattoos" and wanted to see if it was possible to make a similar mod that adds a new category in looksmenu only for the textures in a specific mod, i.e. "Collection of textures and presets for the girls." The reason I'm asking is because those textures will replace vanilla textures, therefore, people using mods adding characters using those same vanilla textures will have the ones from Collection of textures and presets instead, making them look wrong.

I always thought the solution would be to add all those textures as "Standalone textures" one way or another, so that they don't interfere with anything else; however, I have no knowledge on how to do this. There are already several mods that do something similar, however, I don't know how to do that myself.

My goal is to add a new category in the Extras option on Looksmenu that includes "Standalone" textures instead of having them replace a vanilla game texture. The image bellow as reference. Can anyone help me with any information/video or direct me to a guide that can teach me how to do this correctly?
